This is a letter of appreciation for the prompt action taken on the night of 02/23/09. Your company was alerted that glass was breaking at our office. You immediately called the owners of the firm to let them know that there was activity taking place at our office. The owners immediately called the police, who meet them there. The siren was still activated until the owners turned off the code, the motion detectors detected their movement when they were in the building. Once the windows were boarded up and the building was secured, the owners then activated the alarm and went home. When contacted the next day by the office manager to request a print out sheet of the activity from the night before, the sheet was faxed that day.
Our firm is very pleased with the promptness of Alert 1 System. Previously we had a break in with different results, when our former company heard glass breaking but decided it wasn't a priority and didn't notify the owners. Thank goodness that we can feel secure knowing that our office is protected by a good company we can depend on.

To anyone who wants an Alarm System at their home or business:
I selected a new monitoring company, Alert 1 Security. They came to hookup my existing security system but my codes were locked out from the previous alarm company. I called my previous alarm company to be told that I needed to call another alarm company. They told me that someone would call me back, and a tech would have to come out to set the codes back to default of factory settings. They could not even tell me what this would cost me. This was all very frustrating.
Bob from Alert 1 Security responded to my issue by simply replacing a board for me on the same day for the small cost of a service visit. This was very kind of Alert 1 Security and Bob, who did not have to do this. I highly recommend Alert 1 Security to anyone who wants the security and personal service they have provided me today.
